Community Assistance Program
CAP (The Community Assistance Program) is an outreach of Blaine area churches, providing community-based social services to residents of Blaine, Birch Bay, Custer, and Point Roberts. Our volunteers serve our neighbors in need of assistance to meet their basic requirements for food, clothing, and other necessities of daily life. We offer opportunities not just for individuals, but also churches and other organizations to serve people in their communities.

Want to shop locally or deliver it directly to the partner?
Please deliver clothing bank donations during their hours of operation Monday and Friday 9 am to noon or Wednesday’s 5 to 7 pm.
